The CEO of Shinra, Inc., he's mean, ugly, and cruel. Too bad he's
killed off very early in the game, replaced by his son, Rufus.
Rufus
The son of President Shinra who was promoted to the office of
president after his father was killed by Sephiroth. No one has
ever seen him bleed or cry, and, ruling with fear, he's a
true-to-type tyrant.
Palmer
A bumbling old fool and an idiotic coward, he's the Head of Space
Development.
Scarlet
She's a real take-charge kind of a person and very tough as well.
Scarlet is the head of Weapons Development and is someone not to
be toyed with.
Heideggar
An obnoxious man, Heidegger is the Head of Public Maintenance and
Order and the leader of the Turks. Being the pussilaminous man he
is, he often takes out his anger on those inferior to him.
Hojo
The Head of Science and Dr. Gast's successor, Hjo has performed
many maniacal experiments on helpless people. The father of
Sephiroth, he's a real piece of work.
Reeve
Perhaps the only okay person in Shinra, Reeve is the Head of City
Development. Also, he turns out to be the spy otherwise known as
Cait Sith.
Dr. Gast
The former Head of Science, Dr. Gast himself performed many
diabolical experiments. The lover of Ifalna, he seemed to atone
for his sins later on by giving his life to protect her and their
child, Aeris.
