In the Highwind, you'll find everyone aboard except for Cloud. When you get there, head for the cockpit to the southeast and talk to Red XIII and Cid. You'll then be asked to check out the Operation Room, so head back west and go north to the Operation Room. There, talk to the man, who'll allow you to save your game, PHS, and restore your HP/MP to their max (you can always return here by boarding the Highwind and pressing [MENU]). Form a party, and head back to the cockpit. Talk to the pilot and head to the southeast island mentioned by Red XIII. In the middle of th jungles there (the jungles, by the way, are a great place to gain EXP and AP), you'll find a town.
Enter the town and buy all the supplies you need. (Mideel has an excellent choice of materia and weapons, but they're expensive...) Once you're through, head north and pet the dog. You'll then overhear a conversation between the people just north of you, and they'll say they've spotted Cloud! Head to the hospital in the north and sure enough, you'll find Cloud there. Unfortunately, though, Cloud has had an overdose of Mako poisoning and, as the Doctor says, "is literally miles away."
Tifa decides to stay at Cloud's side. Meanwhile, back on the Highwind, Cait sith informs everyone that the Shinra are after Huge Materia. Cid is then elected leader, and you must now head to your next destination: North Corel.
